District Structure
IHRICON has developed a team structure in its organisational set-up and this has enabled it to deliver its services and programmes in an efficient, creative and effective way. This is done through the establishment of project working teams for each project that has funding from major funding organisations. To improve the access that IHRICON's requires throughout Nepal - it has in place 5 branch offices in 5 Development Regions: Mid Western Development Region- Dang, Far Western Development Region - Kailali, Western Development Region - Gorkha, Eastern Development Region - Morang, Central Development Region - Sindhuli.
