National Women Security Watch Group meeting conducted
National Women Security (NWS) Watch Group meeting was held at IHRICON on 9th November, 2009 to form the core committee. Meeting was coordinated By Shobha Gautam. Ms. Shobha Gautam, Coordinator of NWS-Watch, informed the participants about the importance of NWS-Watch in present context. IHRICON has been working as a secretariat of NWS watch group since it's inception.  The meeting has decided to conduct the first national conference of NWS-Watch in between the last November to 2nd week of December. The meeting has further formed one expert group including women, who has been working in the women rights, peace and security. Ms. Shobha gautam, Ms. Bandana Rana, Ms. Jaya sharma, Mr. Sabin Shrestha, Ms. Sarah Dalrymple and Ms. Indu pant are in the expert group.
