Institute of Human Rights Communication Nepal (IHRICON) has published "Constitution Assembly Election Awareness Manual" with the support of Care Nepal. The book is very much useful for the trainers. The manual has comprised constitution, constitutional assembly, election of constitutional assembly, voter's education, role of citizen in constitutional assembly election and the restructure of the state.
